Returns from outside Sweden

For returns from outside Sweden, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Returns from Norway and other countries outside the EU

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return the item using a trackable shipping service.

For returns from Norway, a 275 SEK handling and customs fee will be deducted from the refund. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that exchanges are not available for orders returned from outside the EU. If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order.
